What we do:
We do maintain a clean, healthy, boarding environment.
We do routinely check on your pet and make sure all of their needs are met. Yes, we spend a lot of time calling
them by name, talking to them and providing treats.
We do honor our customers' wishes and instructions regarding the care and feeding of their pet.
We do supervise all of their outdoor play times, including more petting, head scratching, and personal attention.
A few minutes of personal time with each dog goes a long way towards developing a relationship they don't forget.
We do have detailed documented policies and procedures for daily kennel care and maintenance, fire and
emergency evacuation, lost dog recovery, and pet injury.
We do inform the owner of any abnormal behaviors, or physiological conditions we have observed during
their pets stay. We will call your emergency number should we have questions or concerns regarding your
pet's health.
We do provide treatment to your pet for minor injuries, and we do not hesitate to bring your pet to the vet should medical treatment be required.
