We work with a local pet rescue group "Second Chance". They have rescued several dogs, young and old, big and small, sometimes minutes before being put down. They have them neutered/spayed and get all of their shots. They make a trip up to New Jersey once a month to have the animals adopted. The New Jersey group, "Eleventh Hour", has a website so the dogs are usually already adopted before they ever get there. So far we have housed about 50 animals before they took them up. They keep us updated on their well-being.
